Position Summary

We are seeking a Client Coordinator / Client Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day communication, ensuring client requirements are met and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written English and the ability to balance multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, IL, offering professional growth opportunities within a supportive and expanding company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between AssetLines and assigned clients

  • Maintain strong, professional relationships through regular communication and updates

  • Review and interpret client requests, ensuring accuracy in task assignment and follow-through

  • Track project progress, resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met

  • Prepare reports, summaries and presentations for clients as needed

  • Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

  • Provide recommendations to management on ways to enhance client satisfaction and account performance

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen long-term partnerships


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

  • Prior experience in client services, account management or related roles preferred

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to client-facing software tools

  • Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude
